To my fellow Arsenal fans,
I know how you feel today because I am one of you. Let the pain of disappointment hold its grip, because one day you will value the joy of victory even more.
The Premier League is the hardest it’s ever been. We pushed to the last day, it wasn’t enough in the end. We have a worthy adversary in Man City - a club backed by a city-state and we have gotten here without breaking any rules. No asterisk beside our name.
As long as we stay building and believing, we will be back winning the title again. It won’t be easy, it hasn’t been easy. But all the bricks we are laying today will be the stepping stones to the podium in the future.
There won’t be City fans to banter you. Because there are very few of them. The ones that will banter you will do it as a way to look away from the mediocrity of the clubs they support. Congratulations to Manchester City, whatever is said, the players have achieved what’s never been done in English football, a 4-peat. We hope to emulate their standards without copying their ways.
So then, enjoy your summer. We didn’t get what we wanted but success isn’t promised, it is achieved and we will do it soon. ❤️

@itzQmax By redirecting that energy back to yourself. Every time they cross your mind, do something for you, read, walk, work, create. The mind is a garden; what you water grows. Stop watering them.

A good question. It sometimes seems to me that people are just bored with their lives. They need something to make life more interesting for them. Sadly, they go the wrong way.
If you ever need to make your life interesting; try these:
Start a passion project. Document your life daily. Travel somewhere alone. Have deeper conversations. Set a goal that feels impossible. Commit to mastering one thing deeply. Learn a skill. Change your environment. Read books outside your usual genre. Teach someone something you know. Start conversations with strangers.
Just do new positive stuffs. Helps a lot.
My brother's wife called my mom that my brother slapped her. My mom hate that so much.
She was ready to go there when i got home and she explained to me. I told her not go that i will handle it. So i called the rest of my siblings, 3 ladies.
My mom thought me and my brother a rule. Never beat a lady, all my sister's husbands knows this rule. My sisters then decided to visit my brother the next day.
We got there, the eldest amongst us saw my brother walking towards her, she gave him a very hot slap as he came near, one other sister gave him hot slap too.
I wanted to slap him too but i can't, my other sister too can't because he's older than us. My brothers face turned red.
My brother's wife saw everything, so my eldest sister told her in a very sad tone, "I've never touched my juniors before, but i did it because of you, the next time you frustrate your husband to the point of him slapping you, we will come here to pack your load back to your parent's house".
Now i know my mother raised us the same, with the same code of conduct.
Simple things that actually matter:
1. Smiling
2. Smelling nice
3. Brushing twice a day
4. Drinking 3L of water a day
5. Changing your boxers every day
6. Trimming your groin hair every week
7. Shaving your armpit hair every week
