Strong Aerial Tailspin and Heat Burst should apply extreme combo scaling.

Say a standard T8 combo does 80 damage.

Imagine now that any combo using SAT or Heat Burst does 40 damage

In that world, we only see SAT or Burst when people want wall carry or to salvage side wall combos.

Combos become faster, and combo expression/decision-making becomes more nuanced.
