Most reminder apps stop at:
“Reminder sent.”
DoseLoop goes further:
“Did you actually get a chance to take it?”
Because real life doesn’t always leave room to act right away.
So DoseLoop keeps the dose gently on your radar — without turning reminders into pressure.

DoseLoop is a medication reminder for the gap between “I know” and “I can do it now.”

DoseLoop reminds, keeps the dose within a tracking window, and lets you choose how gentle or strong reminders should feel.
It’s built for real life — not perfect routines.
Traditional reminder tools usually do one of two things:
They remind you once, then disappear.
Or they keep ringing, popping up, and pressuring you until you respond.
One is too easy to miss.
The other can feel like nagging.
This is the gap I wanted DoseLoop to care about.
The gap between intention and action.
The moment where a person already knows what they need to do, but doesn’t yet have the bandwidth to do it.
Not because there was no reminder.
Not because people don’t care.
Not because they lack discipline.
But because “I know I should take it” and “I can take it right now” don’t always happen at the same moment.
Sometimes you see the reminder.
You know it matters.
You genuinely intend to take your medicine.
But you’re in a meeting.
Or rushing out the door.
Or dealing with a stressful message.
Or just too mentally full to handle one more thing.
Most medication reminders are built around one assumption:
When the reminder appears, the person is ready to act.
But real life doesn’t work that way.
This is why I built DoseLoop.
A reminder can be right on time and still arrive at the wrong moment.
You see it.
You know it matters.
You even mean to do it.
But life is loud.
“I’ll take it in a minute.”
Many missed doses start exactly here.
