@BillyBilliams69 @TyDunne If the metrics you're using to decide whether the prosecution did a "good enough" job is getting 1/11 jurors to decide guilty and the judge declaring a mistrial, then yeah. Poor KPIs though, imo.

@TyDunne I completely agree with you. Unfortunately, the decision the jurors were being asked to make was much more nuanced than that opinion. Maybe your frustration should be directed toward the prosecution, who were unable to present a clear and cut case without any reasonable doubt.

@TyDunne The jurors are not deciding whether or not lindsay clancy murdered her three children, but whether the prosecutors have proved beyond reasonable doubt that she should be considered criminally responsible at the time of the killings. And if criminally responsible, to what degree.
