Revisiting this after a conversation I had last week: people say you’re the ‘average’ of who you surround myself with. As an adult, I end up alone a lot ~ so I’m always with myself. I’m the inescapable component to that ‘average,’ and the only part I can ever expect to change.
It’s not a loneliness problem ~ the issue isn’t that people are alone. You’re never by yourself; you’re with yourself. And most people hate who they’re with. That’s the real epidemic.

@tom_doerr For me sometimes, I find it helps to rephrase my original prompt. That way, my context window doesn’t keep growing out of control. A lot of times, if I can figure out why 'it’s not working,' it turns out to be a prompt issue on my end.
@7etsuo As simple as it sounds I’ve made the habit of rewriting a prompt instead of responding with another bug in it. Rephrasing can really a) control your chat size b) help clarify your actual intention or question. Two birds one stone!
