@nsandihelp are there issues with the website today? I keep getting a notification saying "we're sorry, we had to clear your information" every time I try to click into my account (about 10 times).

@nsandihelp I’ve tried three different devices; Safari and Google Chrome but the same thing happens every time. Sometimes I only get as far as the homepage and other times I get through to the page where I can withdraw funds, but I always get the error before I can finish the transaction

@nsandihelp I'm using Wifi but am on holiday in Cape Verde. However, I asked my Mum to help me and she experienced the same issue using Wifi in the UK. This is the error I get over and over again.
