Major changes to testing and isolation in Ontario. PCR testing is no longer recommended for those with mild symptoms, & positive rapid tests do not need PCR confirmation. Changes to length of isolation (5 days if vaccinated or under 12) #testing#Covid19 https://t.co/vyMYyRcpyy
Ontarians who develop COVID-19 symptoms and are vaccinated will have to isolate for five days, as will anyone in the same household, the government announced Thursday.

Your faculty, staff, & students ❤️ you, but we’re making a terrible mistake, @BrockUniversity. It feels like the vaccine mandate all over again. We will end up requiring distancing after we’ve made 🌊4️⃣ worse. There is STILL time to do it right! We’re online next week. Ask why.🧐
Got the shot! 💉
Thank you Niagara Region for making this such a smooth process. Thank you to all of the employees who work so hard day in and day out to help us achieve herd immunity & protect our community #niagararegionpublichealth#gottheshot#firstdose#pfizer
“You will not always be the smartest person in the room, and you will not always be the strongest or funniest or the most talented.But you can always be brave and you can always be kind, and these are the things you should be every minute of every day for the rest of your life.”
@AnaSanchezPhD It can be so difficult to engage in an online setting! The worst is when you ask a question (even just how things are going), and then the following moments of dead silence. I try to encourage them going on camera wherever possible
I’ve seen this way too much lately, where the people will justify breaking protocol because “everyone else is doing what they want” and “we’ve been seeing each other the whole time, what’s the big deal?”. It’s a scary mentality. It only takes one exposure for things to go wrong.
It doesn’t matter if it’s a close friend, a family member, or someone you’ve known for 10 years- a pathogen does not discriminate. COVID-19 will infect regardless. Stay safe and do your part #publichealthguidelines#doyourpart#StopTheSpread#InThisTogether
This needs to be watched and shared- thank you @Kirsten_MT for sharing your story. These conversations need to happen so athletic culture can change. #eatingdisorders#bodydysmorphia#tsn. This is very close to my heart as I’ve watched someone I love struggle for a long time 💜
For those who missed it yesterday, or were interested in a re-watch;
Thanks to everyone for the nice words and comments after watching the trailer and/or the TSN feature.
My biggest goal as my career nears its end (aside from world domination😝)

#unacceptable practice!! In the midst of a pandemic, parishioners should be protected- many of them are older and place their trust in authoritative figures and standard practices. Sharing a spoon among many individuals is an outbreak waiting to happen!! https://t.co/aWUevgUiBK
In the midst of a pandemic that brings uncertainty and challenges to everyone, it’s easy to lose sight of what is truly important. This kid reminds me to be present, to enjoy the little things, and that life is love and love is life #niece#thiskid#perspective
