Listening brings understanding,
And when you understand the people around you, you are a much more helpful member of the community.
Challenge yourself to listen to understand and not just to reply, to win an argument, or sound the smartest.

A new milestone for #UGHE! Our very first cohort of medical students taking their first ever exit exams. We celebrate our 30 new doctors in the making. Grateful to all examiners - both internal and external.

Today, we appreciated our members from @ughe_org for their outstanding volunteer service, tireless effort and constant support for MEDSAR and its activities including recent #MEDSARDay2023 and we encouraged them to keep serving MEDSAR.
This week, junior ISIG members had an opportunity for a 2 days #surgeryshadowing at @kfaisalhospital where they observed diverse surgeries and experienced how it feels to be in the Operating Theatre!

✨ There is a need for medical students to work together with students from other faculties to holistically provide excellent patient care.
Go beyond the disease and tackle the predisposing social health determinants.

Speeding to show off your driving skills is the most unimpressive and childish thing I ever seen. Also drink and driving your friends arround isn’t the flex y’all think it is.
This Saturday, I had the honor to be part of a panel discussing GBV during #MedsarDay2023.
In this long battle towards a GBV-free world, we, the youth, have to be intentional about not perpetuating the narrative that GBV is culturally okay.
