Just now seeing this but it’s possible the white bag has a bumpy imprint on the top where you pull while the gray is smooth. Don’t have a way to prove this now though. Just a thought.

A mystery bag/box hates to see me coming. My Ulta store was so sweet and supportive as I used a really bright light to make an educated pick. The staff cheered with me!!! Please note it is so much harder but possible in store with bright overhead lights and sunny windows. ☁️🌌
