@cemhend But mostly, 3) optics. I think most news outlets will refrain from calling anything else until they're ready to call the whole election. They've been very cautious with calls in general this year (except Fox calling AZ so early, which was A Statement)

@cemhend I'm speculating, but: 1) since absentee votes tend to be more D than in person votes, there's the possibilty of some blue shift (though not enough), 2) apparently the independent in the senate race actually has a chance??? (Idk how much he's deluding himself, though)

@cemhend No one actually *expects* Biden to win enough votes to win there, but it seems like bad form to assume, especially since 6/10 voters there are registered as independent or nonpartisan.

@cemhend Only 56% of the votes have been counted, and they won't even begin counting any of the absentee and early votes until next week b/c Alaska has super generous deadlines for receipt of absentee ballots.

@rcmidura Following b/c I'm hoping for a better system, but I've been using Zotero with Google Drive as my home directory and Zotfile to send to tablet/extract annotations. I use Foxit PDF on my tablet (a godawful Kindle Fire with Google Play sideloaded--at least it was cheap).

@DianaCejasMD My parents told me children couldn't get headaches and I believed them. Took until like age 21 to figure out that "I feel nauseous and smells make me sick and light hurts and my head hurts and I can't do anything except lay down in a dark room" might be more than "stress."
