After a short delay, we've got our 4 winners for the first Larajam event. We had a lot of good submissions, but these submissions really stood out in terms of uniqueness and overall polish. So without further ado, here are the winners...
Eric Bae built an app called Rockmelon that lets you bundle multiple links into a single short link. Clicking this link opens all other links in one go, a massive time saver and definitely something people will find useful. Eric went above and beyond, building an API too! ...
The remaining prizes from this event will be carried over to the Christmas one so we've still got plenty to give away. Thanks again for supporting the event. We hope to see you all participate in the future alongside new participants!
@WyattCastaned44 built an app, PeerGoals, that lets you introduce peer accountability, creating goals and adding your peers to let them track progress. There are some fancy effects when you mark a goal as complete too. Wyatt has won a copy of Eloquent Performance Patterns.
@nathanheffley built an app called Gamified Chores that lets you earn points for completing tasks. It includes a basic test suite, a small Halloween theme and a minimalistic UI. Nathan has won a license to @razor_ui kindly provided by @LarsKlopstra. Great work Nathan!
