@AskPayPal Whilst the #badcustomerservice is slightly better via Twitter, the quality of it is still poor and your product seriously needs to be re-assessed in terms defaulting from one method of payment to another. Customers beware: do not use a prepaid #AMEX gift card via #Paypal
