So today a Zimbabwean police-man arrested a suspected burglar/thief in Hatfield, they now needed to go to the police station together with the thief’s loot.

The drama started when both the police officer and his suspect had to wait for public transport to go to the police station.

30 years ago this police officer would be driving, or would have radioed for a car to pick them up.

This is what corruption has done to our country, embarrassing stuff!
