When Ekiti State was invaded by kidnappers then, as Governor, Fayose did not wait for President Buhari.
Rather, he did what he should do as a Governor. He mobilised local hunters. He mobilised security men, including soldiers.
Most importantly, Fayose made laws to BAN OPEN GRAZING in Ekiti, such that Fulani herders were not allowed to enter the State in the night and cattle rearers in Ekiti were identified.
I remember when a pregnant woman was killed in Orin Ekiti Farm Settlement, Fayose summoned the stakeholders, including Fulani Leaders to the government house. Son of one of the Fulani leaders, Alhaji Abache was accused of being among those who killed the woman.
Fayose mandated Alhaji Abache to produce his son within one week or leave Ekiti. Within three days, Abache brought the son.
Like I have maintained, we can keep playing politics of emotions and sentiments with this issue of insecurity, especially in the South-West, when we are ready, we will hold our Governors accountable.
"....my assignment has nothing to do with partisan politics. Don't distract my attention. You will bear me out; those of you who are genuine members of the Redeemed Christian Church of God. I have never told you 'this is the fellow you should vote for' . Have I ever said that one? Whether in secret or in open -Never!...."
-Pastor E.A Adeboye
As an RCCG member, you, Peter Obi, can no longer bully us. We will resist all your bullying tactics. It is not a must for the church to support the candidacy of Peter Obi. These guys bullied Pastor Poju, bullied Pastor Paul Adefarasij, bullied Daddy Kumuyi just because they didn't turn their pulpit into a campaign tool.
@StepheniaOmeh@akintollgate Biiittch, are you saying President Tinubu created IPOB? Same IPOB your people give clapping ovation when they see them passing? Same IPOB that you people cry hot tears when the military starts their operation to end them? Witchcraft is one of your biggest problem.
Why the use of the word “Gun Men” in the Southeast when violence is committed against civilians and security personnel. Who coined that term?
They are not called “Gun Men” in Plateau, Oyo or Benue. Someone please translate this for me. What does Gun Men even mean ?
“Nigeria fåiled me. They m@ch£ted my brother. At this point, I need help.”
-Distraught sister of the sl@in UNIJOS graduate cr!es out, demanding justice for her brother.
Yoruba people don’t care about you and your fake-ass opportunist pretenders trusting us or not. Take that trust that has never helped or elevated your own people and shove it up your under-hole.
We are a wholesome nation on our own. We are immensely blessed with natural and human resources. We do not need your trust or love to excel. You are the ones who need us.
@nwoke_anambra2@I_Am_Ilemona@DeBigElephant This one can not be more than 30 years at most. He never experienced what military rule looks like so why won't he call Abacha a legend.
@redsandCFC@babskay24@PraiseAdeyemo1@Sir_Dongizle Fuuul, someone tries to teach you how to be emphatic but becoa your parents failed woefully in training you, you rather turn the correction to insults, silly children.
@babskay24@PraiseAdeyemo1@Sir_Dongizle If the stuupid man is still alive, sha greet him for me, tell him the unforgivable mistake he made that day has cost the world a sensible child. A useles man and his useles son. Don't forget to deliver my message, if you fail to deliver it, thunder will use you to do suya
Saw this house advert in Landover, Maryland for $465k. That’s around 600M in naira. Looks nice but the rooms are quite small. In Nigeria,a five bedroom house under ₦250m ($181K) gives you much bigger rooms.
But then, infrastructure makes a big difference in pricing. In Abroad, you’re paying for more than just the house, the environment is part of the value.
