Telling @JohnSwinney that a referendum is "off limits" is not only very disrespectful, it is actually in breach of the Edinburgh Agreement. English politicians have consistently broken agreements with Scotland since the Acts of Union in 1707.

Hold the fringe, Commonwealth Games , or oor Andy winning Wimbledon etc
