@antlerlad Finally I do suggest ancillary justice which is and isn't queer in that it's a space society with only one gender (or alternatively no gender?) So like heterosexuality can't exist. GOOD fucking book. Or raven tower by same author more explicitly queer but fantasy not scifi

I love not driving and not paying for parking and being able to decide on a whim to go somewhere a mile or two away and not have to decide whether to drive there and find/pay for parking again or committing to a long walk and I love not having time limits on parking bc no car
