If I were a real estate investor I would put my money in a market that is growing and will continue to grow because the culture cultivates growth, i.e. jobs and birthrate. Utah seems to be the #1 place in the US when you combine those two metrics.

Duality is the idea that for something to exist, its exact opposite must also exist—and that both are really just two sides of the same coin.

Examples of duality: day and night, awake and asleep, matter and space, good and evil, sound and silence.

Applying this to success, it seems that the part of you that serves you the least is actually the cost of the thing you want the most.
