Football is the most selfless and greatest fraternity on this planet! From a 4yr old toddler in flag to a 15yr NFL veteran, It brings the most uncommon people together regardless of race, socioeconomic status, religion, gender, ethnicity or values. Both Coaches and players melt together for the greater good of the sport and leave the game greater than you found it. And, when youโre doneโฆyou only leave with memories, experiences and life lessons; which you apply daily.
Ex: In 2006, the @NFL combine was held in Indianapolis, IN. My combine roommate was a guy from Fairbanks, Alaska who played at @BroncoSportsFB Iโm from Poughkeepsie, NY and played at @Pitt_FB like, only football would bring us together. In our room, I, vividly remember us discussing the nervousness of the process. Iโll never forget that. Nonetheless, to my knowledge, heโs the only Alaskan Iโve ever met. Daryn Colledge played 9 years and won a Super Bowl w/ the @packers Thanks @JoshAllenQB for adding value to our fraternity.
@TomSixeas Happy to see they are finally doing the right thing. Our staff introduced this option last year. Its the right thing to do to give kids the best opportunity to grow and compete.
