@Avabelly__ Welcome to the new Twitter.
Make a dumb post.
Wait for people to pile in to tell you it’s dumb.
Collect $ for engagement.
It’s a sucky formula.
Since I already replied: 10am on a Sunday is perfectly reasonable. You’re a Karen.
@PatrickHeizer That’s part of it.
The bigger thing is this app now pays on engagement.
It’s become strategy to say absolutely stupid and inaccurate things and just wait for responses.
It gets dumber every day.
@ianmSC It’s part of the problem, but not the whole problem.
The bigger problem is there is no such thing as a starter house anymore. Twenty something’s won’t buy them. So builders won’t build them.
Why does a 25 year old need a median house?
@0xRarest Maybe move to a place that doesn’t have $1200/month property taxes? Part B is $200.
Or have saved something?
Since the average US property tax is 1% of retail value (not appraised), that’s a $1.5M house.
Sell it. Move to Gulf shores. Get a $300K condo.
Problem solved.
@Cryptoboyy_Aji The moral:
Don’t ring up stupid student loan debt
Don’t become house or car poor
Don’t run up credit cards
Don’t get married/have a kid unless you can afford it
1 person. $6K/month disposable income, living in a good neighborhood
You’re doing something wrong
@Carlosfarina19@TheNFLDrop I never made an NFL roster, but I went to camp. I have numerous friends that played. I also know many people that work or have worked in front offices.
Infidelity is rampant. It just doesn’t usually get plastered all over.
This is only news because she was a reporter.
@Carlosfarina19@TheNFLDrop If you honestly think NFL players care about who steps out on their wives, you have absolutely no clue how NFL locker rooms work.
They don’t.
And Robert Kraft was busted getting handies. He doesn’t care either.
This is a made up for clicks story.
@randy_rhodes123@jimmyfallon My Mother:
“Stay away from women. They’ll spend your money and get you in trouble.
She was wise beyond my comprehension.
@mcsquared34 Money spent on ICE Agents:
22,000 x $100,000 = $2.2 B
Money spent of Teachers:
3,800,000 x $55,000 = $209B
If you paid them $100K ea instead of $55K, you would need to come up with another $171B, or $380B total.
How should we come up with it?
@SolLunix Income tax is an issue.
People focus on rates/brackets.
Not enough is focused on personal exemption/deduction.
The personal exemption should be $50,000
