I'm extremely upset with @Cadillac . Touchscreen broke on my 2018 ATS - $1,500 to fix. All they offered is to pay a small fraction of the repair. This NEVER should have broken. It's only 5 yrs old. #Cadillac should be ashamed. I shouldn't have to pay at all

touchscreen now riddled with deadspots on my 2018 ATS @Cadillac . Barely usable. Dealer said that's "common" and a new one is $1,600. I'm outraged. I think #caddy should pay for that, NOT ME. That screen should last life of car. Come on Caddy - do the right thing here.
