@heyalexfriedman A great lesson. Also if you provide them with 3 choices, they most often will choose the middle one. Lessons I learned many years ago. There is a great book that I read in the early 2000’s, The Paradox of Choice, by Barry Schwartz.

Another benefit of #WFH - sick employees are more likely to stay home. In our July survey 633 employees reported being sick or injured the prior week. We asked them what they did. Worryingly even if they could WFH 39% came to work. Worse, if they could not WFH 76% came to work.
