The national engagement process that will help inform Canada's first Men and Boys' Health Strategy has now been completed.
The input gathered over the past several months will play a vital role in improving the lives of men and boys for generations to come, building stronger families, vibrant communities, and a resilient, productive economy.
Kenton Boston, President & Chief Executive Officer of Canadian Men's Health Foundation, shared the following in today’s release from Health Canada:
"The completion of this consultation process marks an important milestone in recognizing the unique health challenges facing men and boys across Canada. We commend the Minister and her team for engaging Canadians, health experts, community organizations, and people with lived experience in shaping what we hope will become a meaningful and lasting strategy.
The Canadian Men's Health Foundation looks forward to continuing to work with the Government of Canada and partners across the country to ensure the final strategy leads to measurable improvements in the physical and mental health of men and boys, resulting in stronger families and healthier communities.
We believe in a world where no one should feel alone.”

The NY Times just published a piece claiming that Israeli soldiers used dogs to rape Palestinians.
This is not a joke. I repeat. This is not a joke.
I wouldn’t use this trash as toilet paper.
The NYT has zero credibility left. Zero!
This weekend, we’re celebrating all the moms who have supported us along the way.
From raising us to supporting our kids, your strength, perseverance, and patience help us to be better men.
Happy Mother's Day from all of us at the Canadian Men’s Health Foundation.
Fathering isn't something we do in a vacuum.
Through that connection, we grow, hone our parenting skills, and become the people we want to be.
That bond means you're #NeverAlone.
This week marks #MentalHealthWeek, and what better way to reduce isolation, support well-being, and encourage people to live better than by exploring how to have more good days?
NHL goalie, award-winning sports analyst, and CMHF Champion @KellyHrudey dug deep into his experiences in sports, being a dad, and his journey with investing in his mental health, in a great article to share during Mental Health Week.

There are different types of toughness, but as Don't Change Much co-host Trevor Botkin explains, the idea that you can hold it all in means you will eventually explode.
Being a good mentor to the younger generation means knowing when you need rest, what you can and can't dive into right now, and living your best so you can step up for other people.

🚨To every Black person tempted by the antisemitic wave sweeping right now:🚨
Back when white mobs lynched us in the streets...
When we had no money, no power, and literally no movement...
Who stood with us? Who risked everything?
The Jews.
They weren't just allies—they were family in the fight.
- Jewish leaders co-founded the NAACP in 1909 and funded/led it for generations when no one else would.
- When Dr. King and our people were arrested, beaten, jailed—Jewish lawyers defended us for free, and Jewish money paid bail bonds and court fees while others turned away.
- In Freedom Summer '64, half the white volunteers risking death to register Black voters? Jewish.
- Rabbi Heschel marched arm-in-arm with MLK in Selma—our struggles linked forever.
Without their blood, treasure, solidarity, and courage—there is no Civil Rights Movement as we know it. No Voting Rights Act. No dream realized.
That's why I stand with the Jews.
They were our only true friends when this country hated us—when doors slammed shut and ropes hung high. They showed up, bled, and built with us.
So to my people joining this demonic, divisive hate today:
Pause. Remember. Honor the alliance that freed us.
Our histories are bound. Our freedoms were won together.
Betray that, and you betray the very martyrs who died for our rights.
Black-Jewish unity forged the dream. Don't let hate destroy it.
I stand with my Jewish brothers and sisters—always. ✊🏾🤝✡️🇮🇱
Repost if truth > trends. If gratitude > division. If history matters.

Today, the Government of Canada is launching #HealthyMan–Canada’s Men and Boys’ Health Strategy.
This is a nationwide conversation around men's and boys’ health. While often overlooked, supporting their well-being improves their lives, strengthens families, their community and workplaces, and their positive impact across Canada.
Here is where you come in. Beginning March 2nd, all Canadians will be able to submit their thoughts, feelings, and personal experiences through an online questionnaire that will help inform the federal strategy that will be released later this year.
Together, we can improve the health of men and boys across Canada for generations to come.
Thank you to Minister of Health, @MarjoriePLC, for your continued commitment toward improving the health of men and boys in Canada and to our own CMHF champion, Richie Bullbrook, for sharing your own experiences today.

Yesterday, the B.C. community of Tumbler Ridge suffered one of the worst mass shootings in Canadian history.
Our hearts are with the children, families, and community members impacted by this tragic loss.

Here’s how this Super Bowl ad should’ve gone:
We stand tall, we keep building, and we bring light to the world.
Hate against any group is wrong.
Hate against Jews has exploded over the last decade.
Builders channel the hate and resentment from others as FUEL to make us stronger.
We refuse to be Victims.
We are Protagonists in our own lives.
Builders - of all religions, ethnicities, races and nationalities - join to Build a Better World Together.
Builders turn darkness into light

No man is an island. Even if he were, it would be a hell of a lot easier to survive with a little help.
Our connections to others help to push us forward, whether it's family, friends, coworkers, or otherwise. Building and investing in those bonds provides support when we need it most, recreation for when we need that bit of downtime, and stress relief when our bodies are telling us we need to stop.
Building that community around you helps us grow, has the potential to improve our health, and inspires us to be better.
Are you building?
A lot of men think resilience means pushing through and handling it alone.
This episode, we unpack why that definition often leads to burnout, numbness, and disconnection, and what real resilience actually looks like when life gets heavy.

REMINDER: Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. was a proud Zionist.🇮🇱
He consistently spoke out against antisemitism and affirmed Israel’s right to exist.
On MLK Day, honor his legacy by standing for truth, justice, and historical honesty.
Share this truth & spread this video to others.
Hey. I’m wondering…
How many condemnations did the UN issue against the Iranian regime for killing innocent protesters?
What’s that? How many? Can’t hear you. Speak up.
Zero? Watya mean zero? Zero zero?
Wait, that’s crazy. I need to dig deeper…
Who got condemned by the U.N. General Assembly in 2025 and how many times?
0 🇨🇺 Cuba
0 🇶🇦 Qatar
0 🇸🇦 Saudi
0 🇨🇳 China
0 🇸🇩 Sudan
0 🇹🇷 Turkey
0 🏴☠️ Hamas
0 🇸🇴 Somalia
0 🇵🇰 Pakistan
0 🇱🇧 Lebanon
0 🇻🇪 Venezuela
1 🇮🇷 Iran
1 🇲🇲 Myanmar
1 🇰🇵 North Korea
2 🇺🇸 USA
6 🇷🇺 Russia
15 🇮🇱 Israel
You read that right. They condemned Israel more times than the rest of the world combined including Syria, China, Iran, and Russia.
And people still take this Jew hating organization seriously?
He should grow his mustache like this and call it a day.
Anger? Complicated.
Dealing with #anger in a way that's constructive, thoughtful, and less harmful to yourself and others? Less complicated than you'd think.

Not even St. Nick is going to be on all the time. You don't have to be either.
During the holidays, it can feel like we're being told that we have to be enjoying it, but happiness isn't as easy as turning a switch (or opening gifts).
This year, give yourself the gift of a break from feeling like you have to force yourself to be jolly 24/7.
