This is a perfect 2 minute video that exposes Letitia James’ sham trial against Trump. Shark Tank’s “Mr. Wonderful” went on CNN last night and explained why her trial is a complete joke:

Since I'm not a lawyer, I would like to hear your perspective. Imagine I have a business called "Simon Says". I approach a bank and tell them I need a loan. The bank asks me about my assets. I tell them they are worth $10 billion. The bank says okay, lends me the money. I invest it in my business, pay the bank their loan with interest, and pay taxes on my profit. Years later, when I am running for an election, the state tells me I overvalued my assets to get loans, and that was fraudulent, and I must now pay back the state hundreds of millions of dollars.

My questions are,

1. Does the bank rely on my words only when I tell them about the value of my assets?

2. Do I pay fewer taxes if I lied about the value of my assets?

3. If I pay back my loan to the bank with interest, am I breaking any law?

4. Finally, when the state takes me to court, who is the injured party? Let's assume it's the state. But how exactly?

5. If anyone could explain these points in detail, I would understand better. Listening to lawyers on both sides often leaves me more confused.

NOTE: In researching, I learned that banks typically rely on the information provided by applicants, but they may conduct their own assessments and verifications. (I was shocked by they MAY...I thought they SHOULD).

I also learned that lying about the value of assets can lead to tax evasion, which is illegal (But how exactly? How do I pay fewer taxes if I say my assets are worth $100 billion instead of $10 billion? Can someone explain?)

I also learned that repaying a loan with interest is not illegal. However, providing false information to obtain the loan could be considered fraud. (But that brings me back to my fundamental concern. If nobody is verifying the information I'providing to get a loan, then the system is completely messed up and may need to be fixed.)

And so, even as @NewYorkStateAG Letitia James (@TishJames) continues to say nobody is above the law and Trump certainly is not, there are many things most people may not understand, making the entire case just seem politically motivated.

People Are Waking Up, They’re Realizing Everything They’ve Been Told Has Been A Lie
