@DarthNigtmare@NoCatsNoLife_m Literally never. There is the Montreal Protocol, to which the EU is a signatory (and China as well), which basically says very old types of ACs shouldn't be produced anymore (and they aren't) due to risks, but never did the EU tell Asian countries to not use AC
