Tudor qui annonce Alaphilippe sur les flandriennes pour assurer une wild card et qui le retire au moment d'annoncer la startlist 3 jours avant l'épreuve. Cancellara fidèle à lui même #rvv25#E3#LesRP
@LucGrefte But how can you tell to a monument winner, one of the best cobblesclasics rider of the decade, with a perfect knwoledge of the RVV, to let his place for a 19 years old guy who never ride mire than 200 km ??? Stop playing pro cycling manager
I think the Van Der Poel - Van Aert debate is closed. We are currently at 7-1 at monuments, 1-0 for road Worlds, and 7-3 for CX Worlds in favor of MVDP.
Many people in debates explain it as because WVA got worse, but I would say it was because of how MVDP stepped up in the last very few years.
Just look for example at Milano Sanremo 2020 & 2021 when he was not able to attack on the Poggio from a 17 and 25-man group. His power got better, but he is also racing even much smarter.
Yes, Wout van Aert is not as strong as he was at his prime and I won’t rather talk about the current positioning issues, but it was MVDP who made this rivalry debate closed and not WVA.

Van der Poel: "It's not right to go full gas after a crash in which more than half the group gets stuck. I won’t waste too many words on this topic, but as a team, we would never do such a thing. There is a lack of solidarity in the peloton, and that is a problem for cycling."
Van der Poel's recent record at the cobbled Classics is outrageous 🤯
He has won five out of the last six he has started, missing only Gent-Wevelgem in 2024 where he finished second 🙌👑
