TVO looks at climate accuracy, activism and alarmism https://t.co/diWXdZ7LYv. Guest @courtghoward discusses carbon pricing, compassion and one of my fave reports: https://t.co/rVLzqrRY8e
Doug Ford canceled 227 clean energy projects that'd reduce emissions. Electric vehicles, electric buses, green social housing programs, commuter cycling programs, funding for schools and hospitals, and much more. There's nothing more shortsighted. https://t.co/AapLeoAO5B
Breaking: In an unprecedented move, ten former Ministers of Health from all three political parties that have held government in Ontario, have released a joint Open Letter calling on the Province to reverse cuts to Public Health. https://t.co/UHx4siveZ0

This tax credit "does not make regulated #childcare...any more of a choice than it was before. It neither creates an affordable child-care system nor does it provide anywhere near enough money to pay for a spot" https://t.co/pEbxMqbF3r #canlab#canfem#onpoli
BC’s climate action plan is a great example of using the carrot over the stick. Reading it brought tears to my eyes, music to my ears! 🎶😁💚 Action on climate change need not turn into class warfare. Great leadership @jjhorgan
“Shrinking the window of imaginable politics harms all of us- first and foremost the communities long suffering under Toronto’s deeply entrenched inequality.” Azeezah Kanji in @nowtoronto
@DrKatzNYCHH @mattgallowaycbc thanks for a thoughtful discussion of affordable housing and its merit as a preventative health measure https://t.co/BMf2o01tXp
@JonathanWNV@BCFerries@Ocean_Networks https://t.co/0iY448hVAb Thank you for taking the time to look into this issue. The information in this special edition episode of @CBCQuirks had a huge impact on me. Highly recommend it in the current context. @JustinTrudeau too
Women in Canada are #donewaiting for safety, equity and economic justice. End sexual harassment and violence. End wage discrimination. Fix the child care crisis. Add your voice. https://t.co/rKdlEbd43M
Removing the cap on for-profit #childcare in ON means fewer choices, not more. A childcare system depends on reliable services; access; a healthy workforce; minimum standards of 'quality' & inclusion for all. This is near impossible in a market system reliant on parent fees alone
"Under the Alternative Federal Budget plan, within 10 years every child in Canada will be able to access high quality ELCC services regardless of where they live, their family income or other circumstances—if the family so chooses." #AFB2019@jyduclos@JustinTrudeau@ccpa
Saw “Campaign: The Making of a Candidate” last night. Inspiring Q&A with David Miller afterwards. @jen_keesmaat I’m voting for you, to #TakeBackTheCity !!!

Ford has quietly removed the cap on for-profit daycare expansion in ON- disregarding decades of research and surpassing public consultation. "Child-care advocates fear next moves by Ontario government in daycare" sector /via @globeandmail https://t.co/Tv5Lgjr4Zq
