My mates dad just got bundled into the back of a van, BUT everything is going to be OK.
Ukraine is winning, we just still need all the support we can get, in both the front and the rear.

@ZarinaZabrisky This just came out, I think last night. I have been watching for a lawsuit to be filed. It’s an Executive Order so it’s not a “law”. Check @AaronParnas posts. He’s on IG, too.
Florida is ready for something better.
A new Change Research poll shows us leading Byron Donalds in the race for governor. It’s clear Floridians are responding to a message focused on lowering costs, protecting freedoms, restoring decency, and delivering real results.
This is momentum. Now we keep going.
Florida can be better.
And together, we’re going to prove it.
@RepDonBacon Can you get your GOP colleagues a spine? Please? Every one of them knows that the things Trump is doing are wrong. How about they start acting like the Americans that their parents raised them to be? 🫤
In February of this year I received a call from the American Red Cross of Illinois that I had been selected as this year's Global Citizenship Hero for my medical work in Ukraine. I knew my friend had nominated me back in December but I shelved that away somewhere in the back of my mind. Until that February evening I sat shocked in my tent trying to process what I had just been told.
The American Red Cross of Illinois Global Citizenship Hero award honors individuals who dedicate themselves to humanitarian causes, advocating for vulnerable populations across the globe.
I want to first express my gratitude to the American Red Cross of Illinois for this honor. Thank you so much!
I went home for the first time in almost two years to accept the award in person which was a surreal experience.
I dedicated this award to my brother in arms, Biggy, US Army 68W who I served with and was killed in battle in November 2025.
At the end of my acceptance speech, I said that in Ukraine we say "Glory to Ukraine!" (Слава Україні!/Slava Ukraini!) and the response is "Glory to Heroes! (Героям слава! /Heroyam Slava!). Today I say Glory to all the Heroes that walk alongside me in this life of service to others. Thank you!"
Please help me continue my mission! Thank you for all your support!!!!
In honor of nurses week…
Things I miss from my hospital that are extremely hard (or just too expensive) to source in Ukraine:
1) Mepilex Border wound dressings
2) 3M Curos IV tubing caps
3) IV tubing labels
4) IV PUMPS
5) Strong trash bags
6) Flutter Valves for lung exercises
7) Welsh Allen or Medline vital sign equipment
8) Sani-cloth wipes
9) IV extension sets
10) Basically everything in the hospital supply room closet
@RpsAgainstTrump@ZarinaZabrisky Zarina, I have been going on about this for months! I’m so happy!! 🥳🥳🥳 Now, AMERICANS need to be calling their Reps & Senators and lobbying them to vote yes!! #SlavaUkraini 🇺🇦💙💛
The enemy is completing preparations for a massive missile and drone strike against Ukraine
For this purpose strategic aviation aircraft are being redeployed from the Far East to airfields in the western part of russia
As of now, it is known that the strike is planned within the next few days, involving:
✈️ Up to 3 Tu-160
✈️ Up to 7 Tu-95MS
🛵 A moderate number of attack UAVs
🛩 🛶 Possible use of MiG-31K aircraft and “Kalibr” carriers (Black Sea and Caspian Sea areas)
🚀 Ballistic missiles “Iskander-M / KN-23”
Nothing new
The terrorist state is once again showing its true nature
My hero’s. The real heroes to me are not the soldiers who look “tactical” and wear fancy gear. They are my infantry boys, some old, some young, who have dirty uniforms and worn out gear. They hold the positions for MONTHS without end. They are the reason I get up in the morning and understand that I need to work another day, for them.
My son and Taya just popped in
They’re going to their friend Nastya’s
At least they can take a shower there and have access to all the comforts of civilization that we currently don’t have in our apartment 😸
Tomorrow my son has an appointment with a rheumatologist at the hospital and with his orthopedist at our clinic
He’ll be back in his unit on Thursday
