Trying to Order a Turkey crown on your website, it is showing as an option on the Christmas food to order but once I’ve booked my slot, it says it is not available in your area? I’ve ordered a crown for the last few years with no problems?

@marksandspencer I didn’t realise it was a sale item, I just assumed I had a month to return. I only bought it 2/3 weeks ago. I would have been happy with a credit note but I’m now stuck with an item of clothing that doesn’t fit.

@marksandspencer I was unable to return an item via your app said the expiry window had expired, went into my local store, they refused to take the item, was told it was sale had to return within 14 days, nowhere on the app it says this so now stuck with an item that does not fit

@sainsburys Any plans to introduce self checkout tills in Ruislip High Street? Numerous times I’d had to walk out as there is only 1 person on the checkout & a long queue, I’m on my way to work & haven’t got time to stand & wait. I then pop into Tesco or Waitrose for quickness.
