@DellCares@Dell, you have the worst product and the worst customer service I've ever come into contact with. You should be embarrassed. I'll never buy dell again, my company won't buy dell, and no one I know will buy dell. What a joke.
@DellCares, I just want a new computer. I can't understand why you keep pumping money and time and effort into what is clearly a POS machine. I know this is a POS because I own not 1, but 2 dell machines, I purchased them on the same order and the 2nd machine has NO problems.
@DellCares, the latest is that my computer has been received and by the way, the battery and adapter are broken so you'd be happy to fix those for me at the cost of $200++, while my computer is under warranty which I have paid for.
@DellCares, your technician at my home had to call another dell technician to get help because he didn't know what to do next. I heard that technician say, the motherboard is doa. Hmmm. I was then told my only remaining option was to mail my computer in for repairs.
@dellcares, I was told my best option DURING A PANDEMIC, was to send a technician to my home for the hard drive repair. He arrived, several hours late and maskless. Proceeded to install a new hard drive. Then the screen went black and the machine no longer turned on.
@dellcares, first it was that I needed updates. Then I needed an operating system reboot. Then "how could one of our technicians have suggested that, you definitely need your hard drive repaired."
@DellCares, I have never had worse customer service than from Dell. My computer issues have spanned over a year, with my most recent bout including calling nearly every day for over two weeks for assistance.
