Leave voters in UKs EUreferendum are so gullible, they can even be led to believe they knew what they were voting for with brexit😂 #FBPE#FollowBackProEU🇪🇺🐟
As a Dutchman having lived, worked and raised a family in UK,
the feeling that best describes my #brexit emotions is:
Come on UK, I love you and respect you, but also be aware,
there’s nothing special about you as a country that means you deserve ‘special treatment’ from EU.
@SecRubio@SecGenNATO Europe needs to actually hit 3%+ GDP on defense and buy American gear — not more empty promises while we foot the bill. America First means no blank check for NATO freeloaders.

@downingstreet We all know now there is something fishy going on with Q1 UK GDP reporting by @ons .
Q1 figures are always inflated and not representative of GDP growth for the rest of the year that follows. Even Germany is predicted to grow faster in 2026 and 2027 by @OECD_Stat
Last week’s strong growth figures show that this government has the right economic plan.
Today, the IMF has upgraded the UK’s growth forecast.
We are building a stronger, fairer Britain.
@bbclaurak , why can’t you get it in your thick Tory head that most people (call it the silent majority) of the country and the Labour movement just want @Keir_Starmer to get on with governing with a safe pair of hands. #bbclaurak
🇪🇺🇬🇧 Potential Starmer successor Wes Streeting: Brexit was a catastrophic mistake and must be reversed immediately. The future of Britain lies within the EU
No guess what’s making the news this morning says Laura.
She and her media buddies are making the news.
They need to get back to reporting the damned news.
Here’s the part no one is saying:
The next president won’t get a real first term.
They’ll inherit a repair job.
Rebuilding alliances.
Restoring credibility.
Undoing damage.
An entire presidency spent fixing what Trump broke.
The UK is slowly rediscovering a basic strategic reality:
London is closer to Moscow than to Washington.
In 2025, the EU accounted for around 41% of UK exports and 49% of UK imports, making it by far the UK’s largest trading partner
Britain is too large to be irrelevant, but too small to act alone between the U.S., China and Russia.
The UK should focus its economic and strategic future alongside its main economic and geopolitical partner — Europe.
But wait…. Since the General Election…
Cumulative growth still lagging behind Eurozone, France and Italy since we effectively left the Single Market and Brexit took effect.
Watch Michael Goves insane defence of Brexit…
🚨Not a single benefit of Brexit mentioned.
🚨Northern Ireland is outgrowing the rest of the UK bar London.
🚨The rest of his Brexit bonuses are somewhere in the future.
🚨And then he moaned about himself being in charge of Brexit https://t.co/2vcM47MtLx…
