The so-called head manager pointed fingers, making sighs and called me “unbelievable” when I had told them what I was informed by the Korean customs. @KLM@AirFranceKLM Very disappointing, and blackmailing passengers to deny their boarding when asking for help is appalling.
Incredibly disappointing behavior from @KLM Korea today boarding KL0868. When asked for help to escort outside the check in area to retain my lost carry-on, they refused and threatened to reject my boarding. Its required by Korean Law for an airline employee to escort passengers
Not only @KLM Korea threatened to reject my boarding when simply asked for help, they called the baggage service to take my luggage out that has gone through already. This happened an hour before boarding and blamed me for delaying their schedule.
