This is like any traditional organisation like Google, but it is “autonomous” that is; it operates completely independently from human intervention, including it’s founders

Basically deals with creating the software that runs the blockchain network in all it’s entirety.

This is a massive one. Takes a lot of time and expertise. Using low level languages like C, C++, Golang, etc. Which are significantly harder.
