@DavidBegnaud 50% of pop is in Medicaid. Cause of status, NO economic growth and only get 50% of necessary funds. Medicaid-PR is run by private insurances who ration services and payments. Providers are only reimbursed @30% of US, they are leaving. CMS should manage Medicaid and Medicare.
