@Walmart it's unbelievable that I have created a complaint ticket and waited weeks for no one to respond. Many calls and escalations without response. Cust srvc is the WORST!!
@LgHomeRetail don't buy their refrig. It stopped working due to a known problem. I lost all my food and have med conditions. Over a week for a repair person to come out. Then they will come a second time when they get part. No reimbursement for loss until repair is finished.
@LgHomeRetail Do not buy LG refrigerators. I have lost all of my food and being advised when the repair co shows, they will only diagnose and then order a part(compressor) to come back at later date to repair. Meanwhile, no food, no meds and it will probably be weeks!!!
@LgHomeRetail Don't buy their refrigerator. Their repair co. is coming a week later, with no part. LG has a settled class action for their compressor but, instead they want you to wait for a part delivery. RIDICULOUS!
@coinbase support is terrible. there has been a problem since 2am. no one is responding to trouble tickets. problem is not resolved. I need access to acct.
@SamsungUS As I stated I did contact support. I was told that a recall repair would be performed. However, that doesn't help the fact that a barely used washing machine is rusting to this extreme. I would encourage people not to buy!
@SamsungUS i have tried to contact your support along with Best Buy. The service is terrible and going no where. As a company you are not honoring your warranty.
