The lady could hardly string a sentence in English together and didn’t make any sense what so ever. Had no idea what she was taking about.

@ennyWnnageM If you use #randox allow PLENTY of time. I’m on Day 7 and still waiting for my day 5 test to arrive. Customer service says it’s my responsibility to pay for recorded delivery to return the now redundant test despite them not providing a service paid for.
@SeIormP Don’t order from 247Traveltests/Randox. I’m on Day 7 and my #randox Day 5 is yet to arrive with very sloppy customer service. Better go to a clinic.

@thewhitecompany You did not advertise that you were phasing these out. I used to regularly be in your shops and am on your mailing list. No notice given what so ever. Unacceptable and very very shoddy company policy and customer service. Blatant robbery.
Be aware of @thewhitecompany gift vouchers. They have terminate their validity despite there being no expiry date printed on them. £120 lost. Customer services explanation “It’s at company discretion to honour, or not, gift vouchers”. #thewhitecompany#giftvouchers#scam
@thewhitecompany Yes they are paper vouchers with no expiry date on them. I am regularly in the shop and saw no notice about them being phased out nor did I get an email saying as much. Totally unacceptable and after 15 years of fierce loyalty I’ll take my business elsewhere.
