For me, a Dzogchen practitioner, whatever arises is freed from itself,
And the narrow path of expectations and anxiety associated with effort does not exist.
I am happy to follow a completely free way of being.
You who follow the rules, do as you wish! Namkhai Norbu Rinpoche
Tara was once a princess named Yeshe Dawa
Tara was once a princess named Yeshe Dawa who was deeply devoted to the Dharma. After achieving great spiritual insight through meditation, she was encouraged by monks to pray for rebirth as a man, since male incarnation was traditionally seen as more favourable for attaining enlightenment.
But Tara rejected this idea.
She declared:
“There are many who wish to become men, but none who wish to become women. Therefore, until samsara is empty, I shall remain a woman and work for the benefit of all sentient beings.”

It's poor spiritual hygiene to give everyone access to you. A healing aura naturally attracts wounded people, but it's not your job to heal everyone who enters your life. Protect your peace. Protect your energy
Make it your practice to withdraw attention from past and future whenever they are not needed. Step out of the time dimension as much as possible in everyday life.
Know better, do better is a myth.
You’re human, you will make mistakes.
People who truly heal themselves practice self acceptance.
They forgive themselves.
They show love to the wounded parts of themselves and try again the next day.
