The last time I remember a trade this big with quality players going both ways was the Tkachuk trade. It felt like we gave up so much.

But you have to in order to trade for a bonafide superstar.

But one of the biggest critiques about the NHL is the lack of true blockbusters and teams with the cajones to go all in.
