On our worst day, there is still hope.
When we miss the deadline, there is still hope.
When we lose our temper, there is still hope.
When we forget our identity, there is still hope.
You can trust Jesus.
People are fickle - He is not
People change - He does not
People leave - He does not
People may hurt you - He will not
People may betray you - He will not
People may reject you - He does not
People may deceive you- He will not
You can trust Jesus.
God is with you, right here, right now. No matter what you face, you do not face it alone. So, ask Him to overwhelm you with His presence today. He will make a path of peace for you to walk on and lovingly assure you that you are not forsaken or abandoned.
Sometimes, when we’ve wrestled with an unanswered prayer for a really long time, our heart can begin to harden. Let’s ask Him to help us keep our hearts soft & humble as we wait. And let’s remember that God is working things out. His plans are good. And He can still be trusted.
Dear Heavenly Father, thank You for reminding me that nothing is too hard for You. When I’m in a waiting season, help me to trust in You and believe that You can do what seems impossible in my life. In Jesus’ Name, Amen. | Kia Stephens
Our nation seems to be unraveling in hatred. There are forces out to destroy our country and the freedoms we all love. I hope everyone reading this will stop and take a minute to pray for this country, for our leaders, and especially for our president.
@BMeek23 @caudelac @lisha_las @cyndy_jt @Franklin_Graham@Disney I just said I wasnt perfect. Seems like you are the one cherry picking and judging. Have a good day with that.
@lisha_las @cyndy_jt @Franklin_Graham@Disney The BIBLE: Leviticus 18:22 says, “[Men] shall not lie with a male as one lies with a female; it is an abomination.” Leviticus 20:13 says, “If there is a man who lies with a male as those who lie with a woman, both of them have committed a detestable act.”
@3DUDESANDADIVA@MarkSchweitzer@Franklin_Graham@Disney Then I take it that if he is right in how he lives and believes and goes to Heaven, then you will be going to Hell. Everyone is entitled to his or her beliefs, but don't bash a good man for stating his opinion.
When you are beat up by life, the last thing you feel you can do is show up just to take another punch. If that describes you and it just all seems too hard, then my encouragement is this: fall down before God. He will be the One who gives you the strength to get up.
God promises that He knows what’s best for us – even in our pain, our doubts and our confusion.
Jeremiah 29:11 encourages us saying, “‘I know the plans I have for you,’ declares the LORD, ’plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.’"
It is in this evil world we must stand strong. It is in this madness we must think soundly. It's amid these dangers our hearts must neither melt nor harden. It's here & now we who follow Jesus must be brave & bold in love & truth, defending the defenseless & not the indefensible.
