@CMAgovUK This remedy does not enable "open competition to continue to shape the development of cloud gaming in the years to come..." The reason: M will still have exclusive rights in multi-game download subscriptions & enable M to use tying or bundling to lock in users in cloud.

@DLeonhardt Harvard 1% = 15.1%; bottom 60% = 20.4%. Hence, I would argue that U. Chicago has a student population less skewed toward the top than Harvard. A good fact that was obscured by your use of a single Pell Grant stat. Thanks!
