@AllyCare I’m trying to make a payment. I’ve called three times now and I get disconnected every time as soon as an agent picks up. The app says it’s not accepting payments. The chat agent said she can’t accept payment. Please help.

@Ally Contact me ASAP. I requested an extension for 2 months in Feb due to job change. It was approved & told I must pay a $245 fee in order to skip 2 payments. I did. I logged in to pay per the agreement and am being told approval “expired
