@AllyCare I’m trying to make a payment. I’ve called three times now and I get disconnected every time as soon as an agent picks up. The app says it’s not accepting payments. The chat agent said she can’t accept payment. Please help.

@AllyCare My credit rating has gone down 33 points and I’m being told my vehicle is at risk of repossession. You APPROVED my request and I paid you a hefty fee for the privilege of extending my payments by 2 months
