Prestige schools aren’t created prestige, they earn the description thru consistently producing a prestigious alumni….

[baidawi @buhdahwee]

Abolish prestige schools.

[Fresh Meh Fadda @lasymba]

@yabaleftonline When you see it you can’t unsee it 😂

[Fresh Meh Fadda @lasymba]

@papalaps__ But idk na Harmony, I respect your intelligence and your educational background but to me your points have lost their academic foundation and now solely relies on you flexing your vocabulary to give the perception of an intellectual advantage. So I’ll stop here

[Fresh Meh Fadda @lasymba]

@papalaps__ Lol wah!! Firstly Catholicism was the dominant religion on the island since Columbus.. Secondly it would be impossible to educate everyone. Secondary education also probably didn’t apply to everyone as the economy didn’t require it for some time.

[Fresh Meh Fadda @lasymba]

Never have I ever come to Twitter to argue… but as Pimpin say.. ‘it jus happen’

[Fresh Meh Fadda @lasymba]

@papalaps__ I know this is not your school but it’s an example. I do not mean for it to represent all prestige schools but I hope it could open your mind to what my point was and the truth that it was your response that was historically inaccurate.

[Fresh Meh Fadda @lasymba]

@papalaps__ I applaud your attempt to apply semantics but in support of my initial point, this school did not aim at being the most prestigious. It just aimed at educating. Budget and other criteria dictated who attended but the ‘prestige’ was assigned way after inception.
