We bought a new refrigerator a month ago from @SlymanBrothers. We had been given to understand that they had great customer service. The certainly claim to. We have found this not to be true. The new refrigerator was delivered and 5 minutes after the delivery drivers left…

…the problem but had no solution. The service department then said a “factory repair person” needed to come. When that eventually happened they also confirmed the problem and ordered a part, quoting a week to ten days wait. 10 days came and passed.
