@RockWithboAt I spoke your representative, we had curfew in cuttack when the product was delivered in another address from where I couldn't receive it for 2-3 days. Regardless damage from your end can't be the reason to void my warranty saying I did it. All your boxes were damaged without seal

I claimed warranty for product that stopped working, you sent me a product which was damaged in shipping, you didn't replace it 'cause I reported it under my existing warranty ticket. Then it stopped working so I asked for warranty and you say it is on me!!!

@RockWithboAt @amangupta0303 your customer care representative abused my brother when he asked why the dented product is not being replaced. They even said they don't have any ticketing system and he is supposed to mail it as a separate issue. He sent it under already open ticket.
