@AmrikanDesiAnon He kinda did. Started with Anderson who stayed close to Rice rarher than No.8. Leaving only bellingham as the attacking midfielder who would make runs in the box. Also went with Rogers instead of Saka. The intent was always to score somehow and then protect the lead.

Earlier they almost always had the best team, the conditions were such that 120 could be a defendable score.
Now other teams are better and even 200 is not enough.
A bowler can only do so much in a T20 at Wankhade.
