Thanks for sending that over, and sorry to hear that your tempered glass wasn't compatible with our Fold 7 case. We try to make our cases compatible with other third-party glass manufacturers, but the reality is that screen protector coverage varies significantly between different brands. Since our case is precision-engineered to frame the "active" portion of the display, if the glass extends beyond this area in any way, then it likely won't be compatible with our case.
That said, you raise a good point. If someone is looking to use tempered glass with our case, one way to guarantee a perfect fit is to use our tempered glass, as it's designed for compatibility with our cases. We'll pass this feedback along to our Amazon team to see what kind of changes can be made on the product page moving forward.

Pre-orders will be shipping in October.
We definitely try to make our cases available as close to launch as possible, but unlike many other case manufacturers, ours are precision-formed to the device with tolerances less than 0.5mm. That level of accuracy, particularly around our unique Cyber Edition camera coverage, requires hands-on testing with the actual device (not just specs from leaked CAD files) before we go into mass production.
For us, 'good enough' isn't a standard that we believe in. We could certainly rush a product to market to ensure it's available at launch, but we believe in testing our cases on the actual device prior to mass production so that we can have 100% confidence in the products that are going out to customers.
