Cardano se metió al estándar con el que los agentes de IA pagan por la web. Suena raro, déjame explicarlo.

x402 es un protocolo de pagos sobre HTTP que creó Coinbase y hoy custodia la Linux Foundation. Detrás están Visa, Mastercard, Stripe, Google, AWS, Coinbase, American Express, Shopify y Circle, entre otros.

La idea es simple: revivir el código HTTP 402 "Payment Required". El servidor responde 402, el que pide paga, y recién ahí recibe lo que pidió.

En junio se fusionó la especificación de Cardano. En septiembre los ingenieros de la Cardano Foundation terminaron el cliente, el servidor y el facilitador, y el código ya está en el SDK oficial.

Resultado: un agente o una app puede pagar una llamada de API en ADA o en cualquier token nativo, todo en una sola petición web.

Sin cuenta. Sin API key. Sin página de checkout.

Un agente de IA compra lo que necesita —una llamada, un trabajo de cómputo, un dato— sin que un humano intervenga.

Fellow SPOs, I’ve submitted a new Info Action:

“Should stakePoolTargetNum (k) be raised from 500 to 1000? (SPO poll)”

This action builds on earlier work by Cerkoryn and the Parameter Committee, whose work in developing the background and bringing this question forward I explicitly acknowledge and appreciate.

Where I took a different approach was the polling methodology. After the discussions over the past few days, I did not see a path toward a common voting methodology that I could support. I therefore decided to submit an alternative version using the established CIP-1694 voting semantics.

Under the established CIP-1694 semantics, registered SPO stake that does not vote behaves like a No vote. I personally see that as a legitimate part of the existing governance design. If the community believes this should work differently, I think that deserves a broader discussion about SPO governance rather than changing the interpretation for this particular highly contentious parameter poll.

My aim was to create a neutral, standalone SPO poll. The action presents substantive arguments both for and against the change, explains how the result should be interpreted, and documents its provenance.

Roba tokens de GitHub, claves de AWS, .env, claves SSH. Y se replica solo: infecta los paquetes que tú publicas.

Se esconde en tus repos como un commit falso de "claude" que dice "chore: update config" y se ejecuta al abrir el proyecto en tu editor.

Recomendaciones:
1. No hagas npm install a lo loco hoy
2. Busca un "setup.mjs" y un "preinstall" sospechoso en tus package.json
3. Si encuentras algo, rota todas tus claves

EMURGO & Yoroi DRep Update: Upcoming Changes to Our DReps

As we continue to support affected users of the @secondfiapp security incident and make further progress towards the recovery phase, we want to give notice of two governance decisions: our immediate resignation from the @IntersectMBO board and our intention to de-register our DRep role in Cardano governance in due course.

Both decisions reflect our focus on directing our full attention and resources toward the recovery effort and ensuring affected users are properly supported through this process. We recognize that our seat on the Intersect board and our DRep role each represent meaningful responsibilities within the Cardano governance ecosystem and we do not take the decision to step back from either lightly.

When you migrate your wallet, it will be automatically undelegated from both your stake pool and your DRep. You will then be free to choose a new DRep that best represents you.

We will share full guidance, including timing, as the migration tool launches.
