@MSFT365Status@Outlook How have I still no access to emails. We’re mid April and I still cannot sign in, or get a verification code sent to my mobile. A code is all I need but that is not working still. I’ve entered the recovery form god knows how many times and that doesn’t work. This is unacceptable
@Outlook@MSFT365Status have been without access to emails in the UK since 1st March. Can’t get verification code sent to my mobile although the message states it will. I’ve submitted identity forms, exhausting all requested info, then you say there’s is not enough. Sort asap pls
