“Sometimes we think we earn our worth by being good at life or crossing things off a list. I want you to know that is not true, because your worth isn’t something you earn. Our worth never changes. It was given to you by God and it cannot be increased or diminished by what you accomplish or don’t accomplish by the end of the day.” - Tamara Runia

@Manhattva Trade the model X. The guts of the cyber truck on the cheap version are the same as far as I understand. I have both a 24 cyber truck and a 26 model X, and it’s hard to convince me to drive either of my other two cars.
Missionary work is soaring to new heights. We are days away from the opening of 55 new missions. This brings the total number of missions to 506. There is a total of over 87,000 full-time missionaries. And we are currently being reinforced by the first wave of 18-year-old sisters beginning their service.
In coming weeks, we will have the largest number of full-time missionaries in the history of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
These missionaries’ first responsibility is to testify of Jesus Christ to a world that suffers without knowledge of His divine mission. They invite people across the globe to become part of His true and living Church.
I affirm my testimony of Jesus Christ and the truth of His gospel. The Holy Ghost has given me a witness of its truthfulness, and I rejoice that I can spend my life in proclaiming it.
ChatGPT: It feels like cutting in line — especially if you've been sitting in the long line for a while. But the people who merged early are actually the ones reducing efficiency. By leaving the closing lane empty for hundreds of yards, they shrink the usable road space and make the backup worse for everyone (including themselves).
Perhaps the largest sacrament meeting in the world is happening right now in the Marriott Center.
BYU Fathers and Sons camp. 1,300 people. 16 priests blessing and 36 deacons passing the sacrament.
Former @byufootball tight end and now counselor in the Sunday School Presidency, Gabe Reid said this gathering celebrates the greatest victory ever won. Jesus over sin and death.
@BYUMBB head coach Kevin Young also talked about building a foundation on Christ.
In our day, with social media, artificial intelligence, and all the technology of our modern age, it is very easy to be misrepresented or to misrepresent the intent of others.
Let us be determined to be completely honest and most generous as we speak of others.
Just as branches cannot bear fruit of themselves unless they remain connected to the vine, neither can we reach our full spiritual measure unless we abide in Jesus Christ and His gospel.
“The work of a mother is hard, too often unheralded work. Please know that it is worth it then, now, and forever.”
—Jeffrey Holland
Happy Mother’s Day to my amazing wife and mother and all who step up to fill this important role.

Here’s why I think it’s worth having children even if you’re scared about the money, your body, your career, your sleep, your hobbies, your marriage.
Because I was scared.
@JasminRappleye Don’t like the names. Clearly conceived by people even older than me. But I support the thought behind it and the desire to imbue higher meaning for the young women.
Our Savior Jesus Christ taught us how to relate to one another. The great commandments in the law, He taught, were to love—God and neighbor. (Matthew 22:37-39)

@ITalkOfChrist Elder Dallin H Oaks taught, “In the Lord’s commandment to the people of this day, tithing is “‘one-tenth of all their interest annually,’ which is understood to mean income.” The First Presidency has said, “No one is justified in making any other statement than this”.”
