@AmazonHelp So, if they continue to repeat the instructions that I follow, and disregard the new proof of identity documents what then? I've already been charged money for services I can't use. Will I receive a pro-rated amount for the time me account was suspended?

@AmazonHelp My seller account has been suspended for over a week and a half because @amazon couldn't verify my identity. I resubmitted my driver's license, gas bill, electric bill, and bank statement. I was rejected again... What gives? Do you need my blood type too? HELP!!!

@AmazonHelp Yes I've emailed them back for the 4th or 5th time. I'm just worried they're not actually looking at that documents I've sent them. It's like an outsourced worker just copy and pastes the instructions that I've already followed, and they don't review my case.

@amazon. Our business registered to become an Amazon seller, but our account was suspended because you had trouble verifying our identity. You still charged us $40 and have yet to respond to our email that provided you with more proof of our identity. That was 4 days ago. Update?

@AmazonHelp Yes there was an email that requested additional info. We provided the information, and have yet to hear back. In the email it stated that it usually takes 12 hours to respond. It's been a lot more than 12 hours.
