So today has been a relatively good day with my tics, apart from this morning when I smacked myself in the mouth and cut my lip 🙈

Just had an over the phone interview for a potential job, safe to say I probably won’t get it - feel so deflated at the moment!

Today I’m really struggling, mentally, I’m missing EVERYTHING... work, friends, my family, my work family, days out. My chest feels all tight and I’ve cried most of the day! Oh and on top of that my Tourette’s has been an absolute bastard to deal with 🙃🥲 tomorrow is a new day.

It’s 2021, and today I had to defend myself in a shop, because I had a middle aged man come up to me and shout in my face that I shouldn’t be allowed out with my tourettes, because I was ‘causing a scene’ and that I was probably ‘faking’ having it to get some attention!
